Exit the cruise terminal and cross the bridge toward Punta Langosta Plaza.

After exiting the terminal, cross the street toward the Royal Village shopping mall.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

A: Some tours include pickup and drop-off from select locations in Cozumel, including downtown and main tourist areas.

A: All payments are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

A: Yes! Secure your spot with a 30% to 50% deposit or pay in full.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival (cash or card), or in advance if you prefer.

A: Yes! You’ll get an e-ticket by email shortly after booking.

A: All tours operate on Cozumel local time.
We recommend double-checking your schedule to stay on track.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: Your safety comes first. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll help you reschedule your tour.
If that’s not possible (especially for cruise guests), you’ll receive a full refund.
Q: What if my cruise is delayed or canceled?
A: We actively monitor cruise arrivals. If your ship is delayed, we’ll do our best to adjust your tour.
If your ship can’t dock or rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
